Product prices

Prices and shipping times (for physical products)

Shipping is free on shipments to Barcelona, ​​from 3 purchase boxes.

The indicated delivery time is from when the package leaves our store:
  • Barcelona city and rest of Catalonia: 24-48 hours (working days).
  • Peninsula: 3-4 business days.
  • Other locations: consult (depending on destination).

Conditions and cancellation (for workshops or activities)

The formalization of the reservation for any workshop or activity is effective upon payment of the amount thereof.
  • In the event that you are unable to attend the activity on the date selected during purchase, you can cancel your attendance up to 72 hours before the activity and we will agree on a new date.
  • The validity date for carrying out the activity (registration or experience gift) is six months from the date of purchase. Once this period has passed, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
  • We reserve the right to modify the date of the activity based on attendance.

Steps to follow to place orders

You must select the items that interest you by informing the number of units and “clicking” on the “add to cart” button to add them to the shopping cart. At any time, you can view the contents of the shopping cart, where you can see the selected items, their price, taxes and shipping costs. From that same window, before sending the order you can correct, change or cancel the selected products.

When you have finished choosing products, press the “basket” option and go to “checkout”. In the case of workshops or activities, the reservation and payment will be made directly by email (informing the email address of the person who will use the services, if you choose the “Gifts” modality).

Subsequently, it will be necessary to accept the Purchase Conditions by checking an acceptance box. As a last step you must choose the payment method. Once the process is completed you will receive a confirmation of the purchase made.

Order Tracking

Confirmation of receipt of the order

Every time the company receives an order, a confirmation email is sent within 24 hours of receiving it, except if it is received on holidays or weekends, it will send the confirmation the next business day to the reception.

Payment Methods

Payment by bank transfer

The client must make a bank transfer for the total of the operation to the account indicated by the seller. A maximum period of three business days is established from the confirmation of the order to receive the amount. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the client will have the right to withdraw from the contract during a period of 14 calendar days, without the need to indicate justification, except in legal exception.

The withdrawal period will end after 14 calendar days from the day the contract is formalized. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify his decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, although its use is not mandatory. To determine compliance with the withdrawal period, the date of issuance of the withdrawal declaration will be taken into account. Zero Vuit Brewing S.L. will refund any payment received from the client, including, where applicable, delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have elapsed from the date on which it has been informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract. the client’s.
