The purchase process

Beer is an alcoholic drink and to buy it you must be over 18 years of age. Make responsible consumption.

To start the purchase, click on the “Add to cart” icon under the product you want to buy. Then a pop-up will appear where you can choose between “continue shopping” or “go through the box”. You can also increase the number of units of the product you have chosen.

If you choose “continue shopping” you can add other products to your shopping cart.

If you choose “proceed” a summary page will open with the product you have chosen. If you agree with the product and the price, click on “Finish the order”. Then the authentication window will open. If you are already a registered client, just enter your email address and password. If you do not, you have two options: buy as a “guest” (without registering) or enter all your information to become a registered customer.

Once you have filled your data, remember to click “save” so that the system detects your delivery address and adjusts the shipping costs of the packages. Check all the details you enter and the delivery address.

You must choose a method of delivery and accept the legal conditions of the service and declare that you are over 18 years of age to be able to access the methods of payment. You can choose three methods of payment: with a credit card (virtual gateway to Banco Sabadell), with Pay-Pal or credit card via Pay-Pal or, finally, by bank transfer (the shipment will not be made until The Birra08 team has not verified that the transfer has been made effective). Once you have chosen a payment method, a “summary” page of the order will open, where you can see the shipping costs and the total amount that you have to pay. Click on “confirm my order”. If you confirm the order a page will open with your order number and we will send you an email with these same data so that you can track the order.

Prices and shipping

The prices of the products that appear on the web are with taxes included. The type of VAT applicable at the time of purchase is considered. The prices include the cost of processing the orders. Shipping costs are not included and depend on the delivery address and the weight of the package.

Terms of delivery

In general, orders should arrive between 2 or 3 business days after purchase, but this may vary. Orders will be sent to the delivery address.

The customer is responsible for examining the package when he receives it. If there is damage of any kind or the product is incorrect, please indicate it by mail or by calling +34 93 013 02 30, the same day that you receive the package. If the delivery cannot be carried out correctly due to a lack of delivery information, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Cancellations

It is possible to cancel the order before it is processed. If the order has already been processed, you will have to follow the return process.

Returns

You have a 7-day return period after delivery of the order. This means that you can return the order, if it has not been sent, but the shipping and return costs will be borne by the client. The product must be returned in the same state in which it was sent.

The cost of return in the case of defective products or incorrect shipments will be borne by Birra08.
