Description

What is it about?

Presentation of Birra08 and guided tour to our premises. Explanation of the brewing process. During the visit you will be able to taste some of the malts, the hops and the beer that is still fermenting.

Theoretical introduction to the concepts of food and beer pairing and pairing of 4 crafted beers and 4 special dishes. The workshop aim is for you to be able to define the individual sensations coming from the elements tasted and, more than that, the interaction between each of them.

A small gift is included.
